| Easy These paths consist of light activities that are not physically demanding. This includes walking around on mostly flat surfaces, light games and other activities. |
| Moderate These paths have somewhat higher activity levels than easy but are still considered to not be physically demanding. Examples may include light hiking without a backpack in varied terrain, paddling still waters. |
| Challenging These paths are physically difficult and require you to be in good physical condition. Activities may include longer hikes (10km+) in varied terrain, hikes with backpacks, moving in large variations of elevation or sports activities that are physically demanding such as biking or paddling longer distances. |
| Very challenging These paths are considered to be very physically demanding. In addition to being in good physical condition, you should also be experienced in the activity. Activities may include hiking longer distances (15km+), in varied terrain with large backpacks or sports activities that require vigorous physical activity levels. |
